Description
This training katana gives the swordsman the opportunity to own and wield a Hanwei sword for the price of a traditional sword. The blade is hand forged and differentiated in the same way as more expensive swords, hardened to a Rockwell hardness of 60 HRC at the edge and 40 HRC at the back of the blade. The hardness line is authentic and exceptional. Cost savings allowed for the addition of fittings strong enough to withstand the rigors of the training room without sacrificing authenticity.
Also available in this series are the Training Wakisashi (SH2061) and the Training Tanto (SH2254).
