The KAI Shun Classic DMS-400 is a set of four DM-0711 steak knives. Each knife has a 12 cm blade and a 10.5 cm black Pakkawood handle.
- Blade core: VG-MAX steel
- Cladding: 32 layers of Damascus steel
- Edge: double-sided
- Hardness: 61 ± 1 HRC
- Manufacture: handmade in Japan
The four knives are presented in a wooden box with magnetic closure. Hand wash and dry immediately; do not put in the dishwasher.
