Description

KAI Shun Premier Tim Mälzer TDM-1702 — 18 cm Santoku

The KAI Shun Premier TDM-1702 is an 18 cm Santoku designed for versatile kitchen preparation. Its blade combines a VG-MAX steel core with 32 layers of Damascus steel. KAI specifies a hardness of 61 ±1 HRC.

Hammered blade and precise cutting

The hammered surface helps food release from the blade while cutting. The edge is sharpened on both sides, making this model suitable for both right- and left-handed users.

Balanced handle

The symmetrical handle is made from medium-brown Pakkawood. A full tang contributes to stability and balance. The end of the handle features the bull's-head motif associated with Tim Mälzer.
