Shun Classic construction

- Damascus: 32 layers of Damascus steel on each side of the core

Presentation and care
The two knives are supplied in a wooden case with magnetic closure. KAI recommends hand washing with a mild detergent followed by immediate drying; dishwasher use is not recommended.
