Tormek KJ-140 — Wide Centering Knife Jig

The KJ-140 is Tormek’s wide self-centering knife jig. Its 140 mm clamp provides greater stability for long, wide or flexible knives, including chef’s knives and certain cleavers.

Compatibility with SVM-00

The KJ-140 works independently and does not require the KJ-45. However, the SVM-00 Small Knife Holder is not compatible with the KJ-140. To sharpen a small knife with the SVM-00, use the KJ-45.
