Tormek DC-200 Diamond Wheel Coarse — Grit 360

The Tormek DC-200 is a coarse 360-grit diamond wheel for Tormek machines using a 200 mm grinding wheel. Its high material-removal rate makes it suitable for repairing damaged edges and reshaping a new bevel angle.

Applications

  • 360 grit for fast material removal.
  • Suitable for steel, ceramic and carbide.
  • Maintains its diameter and shape during use.
  • Can also be used on the side of the wheel to create a completely flat bevel.

Compatibility

Compatible with the Tormek T-4 Original, T-4 Bushcraft and T-3, as well as older Tormek models that accept a 200 mm wheel.

Water-cooled sharpening

When sharpening with water on a Tormek diamond wheel, use ACC-150 anti-corrosion concentrate at the dosage recommended by Tormek. For guided side sharpening, Tormek offers the MB-102 Multi Base together with the jig suited to the tool.
