The No. 08 Forge has a blade hot forged from high carbon steel ensuring high cutting quality. "Raw forge" , it is ground only on the lower part, leaving a hammered appearance on the upper part which brings even more character to this pocket knife.
The handle ebony is cut from irregular facets and oiled .
A closing knife with a unique look made in France .
Limited edition 6000 copies.
The blade is certified as compliant with food contact. However, this remains a high carbon steel blade which should not be used with acidic foods.
