Description
The core of this micro-serrated Shun Premier blade is made from extremely hard VG MAX steel and clad with 32 layers of Damascus steel. This combination provides both hardness and resilience. Its low weight makes the knife comfortable to use and helps deliver clean, precise cuts. The hand-hammered surface, known as Tsuchime in Japan, also helps reduce food sticking to the blade.
Thanks to its symmetrical shape, the knife is suitable for both left- and right-handed users. A full tang provides stability and balance during use. The end of the handle features the distinctive Tim Mälzer bull's-head engraving.
