A master's knife

The combination of 2 steels (VG MAX steel + Damask steel) produces extremely sharp, durable and resistant knives.

  • VG MAX steel (hardness: 61 ±1 HRC) has a more durable cutting edge and better corrosion resistance . A higher carbon content makes it harder than other types of steel.
  • Damascus stainless steel (32 layers) mixes layers of hard steel and soft steel to give strength and flexibility to the blade.

The upper part of the blade is hammered by hand, a process known as "Tshuchime", guaranteeing aesthetic, timeless qualities with exceptional sharpness. .
