Description
The KAI Shun Classic DMS-310 set brings together three kitchen knives:
- DM-0700: paring knife, 9 cm blade
- DM-0701: utility knife, 15 cm blade
- DM-0702: Santoku, 18 cm blade
The blades have a VG-MAX steel core clad with 32 layers of Damascus steel, a double-sided edge and a hardness of 61 ± 1 HRC. The handles are black Pakkawood.
The knives are handmade in Japan and presented in a wooden box with magnetic closure. Hand wash and dry immediately; do not put in the dishwasher.
