Tormek DC-250 Diamond Wheel Coarse — Grit 360

The Tormek DC-250 is a coarse 360-grit 250 mm diamond wheel for the Tormek T-8 and compatible machines. Its high material-removal rate is suited to repairing damaged edges and reshaping bevel angles.

Use

• 360 grit for rapid material removal.
• Suitable for steel, ceramic and carbide.
• Maintains its shape and diameter during use.
• Allows side sharpening for a completely flat bevel.
• For a finer finish, continue with DF-250 grit 600 or DE-250 grit 1200.

Compatibility

Compatible with Tormek T-8 Original, T-8 Custom, T-7 and older models that accept a 250 mm wheel. For guided side sharpening, Tormek recommends the MB-102 Multi Base with the appropriate jig.

Water-cooled sharpening

The wheel includes ACC-150. For water-cooled sharpening, Tormek recommends 10 ml concentrate per 250 ml water. Use very low pressure with diamond wheels.
