Technical characteristics :

The blade of these table knives is made of high-end X50CrMoV15 steel, which consists of:

- 0.50 carbon which gives the knife sharpness

- 0.15 chromium for stainless steel

- 1% molybdenum and vanadium which gives the blade flexibility and therefore allows easy resharpening.

These 6 steak knives are supplied in a beech wood piano, which will facilitate storage and make an original presentation. They are available in exotic wood or olive wood.
