Technical characteristics :

This Thiers-shaped knife is made in France, it was designed by qualified craftsmen within our Claude Dozorme cutlery workshops.

The blade was forged from X50CrMoV15 steel whose composition is:

0.50 carbon which gives an excellent sharpness to the blade

0.15 chromium for stainless steel

1% molybdenum and vanadium which gives flexibility to the blade and makes resharpening very easy1

Very sharp and smooth, it can be easily resharpened thanks to the grinding of its two sides. The sharpening is razor sharp and its cutting performance excellent.

The matte black bakelite handle is dishwasher safe and has stainless steel nails.

The table knives are delivered in a beechwood box which can be kept for storing your cutlery and which is ideal as a gift.

This beautiful gift idea comes in a cardboard box decorated with the Wolf logo. An axle tightening wrench is offered, to provide you with appropriate comfort of use.

The knife's closing and opening system is simple and robust. This durable knife has a carbon handle that offers very good grip.

The X50CrMoV15 steel blade is easily resharpenable and very thick. More than 2 millimeters, it offers very good cutting performance.
