Doppio is a double-sided kitchen knife made of Japanese steel. One side has a regular blade and the other a slit blade just as sharp offering you the most versatile kitchen knife you have ever possessed.Doppio will quickly win its place in your kitchen and will be your favorite knife for everything. It is well known that each chef has his favorite knife, the one on which he can count and the one who is finally used for everything. A double-sided knife allows you to peel, slice and dice without changing the blade. A slit edge makes it easy to slice a perfectly ripe tomato, while a straight edge can have trouble getting into the hard skin. Similarly, cutting the top of a bread during cooking to allow expansion is easier with a dentered edge. Cutting the herbs into thin pieces will yield better results with a straight rule than with a slit. There are so many cases where both knives can be useful and Doppio offers you the best of both.

The blade Doppio has a blade angle of 15 degrees and is hardened to a hardness of 57 Rockwell.
