The series of knives Shun Classic belongs to the range of knives with damask blades, this series is very appreciated by the elite of cooks and demanding individuals.

The blades of Shun professional kitchen knives are made with a central core of special V-Gold-10 steel particularly resistant to corrosion and extremely hard 61 +/- 1 HRC, (1% Carbon and 1.5% Cobalt, Chrome, Manganese, Molybdenum, Silicone and Vanadium) which makes the blade always incomparably sharp.

While the surface of the blade is made of Damascus steel with 32 superimposed layers of new generation stainless steel.

The black-ebony handles in pakka wood are specially designed, the bolsters are in stainless steel. Suitable for dishwasher.
