For making dry sausages or others. Length 2x 40 meters.

Use: soak the casing for 30 to 60 minutes in lukewarm water before manufacturing.

Ingredients: Pork menu, wet salt.

These casings are salted and packaged in bags to ensure their preservation.

They can be stored at room temperature, in the refrigerator and in the freezer.


Caution: If your casings are frozen, you will need to use them all after defrosting.
