The blade of your knife measures 30cm and is made of stainless steel : it is a quality material which is resistant to corrosion and shock. Its hardness is 56HRC on the Rockwell scale, so your knife has a sharp blade that sharpens easily!
With its large, smooth blade, you can lift your salmon fillets as well as cut your ham slices without difficulty! The blade is honeycombed and prevents your food from sticking to the walls, which is very practical when you make thin slices.
The handle is made of quality wood
The handle of your knife is made from modified maple , it is a durable and sturdy wood with an elegant design. With its ergonomic shape, you have a comfortable grip which is pleasant during prolonged use.
It is made up of 3 rivets which hold the blade in place in the handle, which ensures reliability for your knife!
