The MOD 5V Classic is a manual vertical 5-litre sausage stuffer. Its cylinder, fasteners and base are stainless steel, while the red side panels are enamelled and the carbon-steel rack has an anti-oxidation treatment. It should therefore not be confused with the fully stainless-steel DELUXE version.
