Description
The Tormek DBS-22 sharpens drill bits from 3 to 22 mm in diameter with high precision and creates a four-facet point.
- Point angle: adjustable from 90° to 150°.
- Lip relief angles: 7°, 9°, 11° or 14° depending on the drill bit and material.
- Four-facet point: improves centering and allows both cutting edges to be sharpened symmetrically.
- Complete reshaping: can also restore heavily worn or broken drill bits.
- TorLock: the wedge-shaped mounting profile provides stable locking during setup.
- Compatibility: optimized for the Tormek T-8 and also works with older Tormek models.
The attachment includes a magnifying glass, magnetic setting template, PTFE lubricant tube and instructions.
