Satake Brown Pakkawood HG8354 — 3-piece Japanese knife set

The Satake HG8354 brings together three complementary formats for everyday food preparation: an 18 cm chef's knife, a 15 cm Santoku and a 13.5 cm utility knife.

Blades and handles

The blades are made from molybdenum-enriched stainless steel, with a stated hardness of approximately 57 HRC. Their symmetrical grind makes them suitable for both right- and left-handed users.

The Western-style handles are made from brown Pakkawood and secured with three rivets. The set is supplied in a gift box.
