Description
The single-layer grinding wheel has its abrasive grains bonded by a special compound, which wears away over time simply to expose more and more new grains. As a result, the whetstone remains usable throughout its life and is able to maintain the quality of the blade.
This is a “wet” sharpening stone. It should be immersed in water for 15 minutes before use and kept moist throughout the sharpening process.
Comes with a non-slip rubber pad for easy use.
