Miguel Nieto knives
A traditional Spanish knife maker from the town of Albacete with a long history since 1957. The manufacturer guarantees that all parts of the knife are entirely made in Spain. Miguel Nieto knives are made from our own high quality AN-58 stainless steel, which reaches a hardness of 58-60 HRC. On newer models, the manufacturer also uses other steels, for example Bohler N695 or Sandvik 14C28N. The handles of the knives are made of wood (e.g. olive, bocote, birch, cocobolo) or modern materials such as mikarta and katex.
