Inspired by an old Aveyron model, redesigned by Henri Vialllon and manufactured for the television series “La Clef des Champs” in 1998. the manufacturing of this knife was taken over in 2019 by the Laguiole en Aubrac company.
11 cm handle with Aubrac Wood / Ebony marquetry
9 cm blade in 12C27 stainless steel with forced notch and sanding.
