Imori means alpine newt in Japanese.

- Shinogi Zukuri style without fuller (Bo-Hi), hand forged from 1045 high carbon steel

- The blade is sharpened to a fine edge with a Hamon line for an authentic look.

- Wrapping the handles in blue cotton according to the classic Hineri Maki style.

- Black lacquered wooden sheath (Kuroro style).

- The tanto is completely removable.

- No plastic is used, only high quality, authentic materials.

- The blade collar (Habaki) and washers (Seppa) are made of brass.

- The traditional handle wrap is covered with real ray skin.

- All decorations (Tsuba, Fuchi, Menuki, Kashira) are made of metal.
