The HORL® diamond sharpening surface is fitted to all HORL® sharpeners. It allows efficient sharpening and ensures a high-performance edge for daily use. The industrial diamonds used are suitable for all knife steels, regardless of their hardness level, and are considered one of the most durable and effective abrasives. When first used, the diamond sharpening surface will refine and achieve the roughness it will maintain thereafter. If used correctly, it will never need to be replaced.
