Dick Ergogrip knives are the tools of professional butchers and cutting workshops. Extremely thin and sharp knives are needed here, which are also absolutely safe to hold. But these knives are also very popular in the private sector, especially among hunters and fishermen, but also among barbecue enthusiasts. Those who often deal with large quantities of meat (coming off the bone, cutting open, etc.) have a good, inexpensive tool with a Dick Ergogrip.

Unlike the premium F.Dick series, the blades of these knives are not forged, but simply cut and processed. However, the base material is the same (CMV high performance steel). There are also differences in blade hardening. The result is a hardness of approximately 56 to 57 HRC. Dick Ergogrip knives are equipped with a safety handle. It lies securely in the hand even with greasy fingers.

For sharpening we recommend a good sharpening steel or a ceramic sharpening stick. In order to maintain the initial sharpness permanently, the knives must be removed briefly before each working step.
