Description
REVOLUTION: new double horizontal wavy and fluted/micro-toothed blade system for cutting all fruits and vegetables, even the softest, including citrus fruits.
3 Julienne combs: 2, 4 and 10 mm - Equipped with the cube system (patented system) for cutting 2, 4 and 10 mm cubes and diamonds. Honeycomb ramp for better gliding. Julienne blade support recessed under the chassis.
Composite carriage and round pusher in brushed stainless steel with rotation control system allowing easy and regular cutting of cubes and diamonds.
In stainless steel and composite polymer. Satin brushed stainless steel appearance.
For smooth or wavy washers, Julienne cuts of 2, 4 or 10 mm, embossed cuts, cubes, diamonds. Slices up to 10 mm.
Maintenance: wash the blades by hand. The chassis is dishwasher safe.
