Sandvik 14C28N is a martensitic chrome stainless steel with a chemical treatment optimized for professional high-quality knives applications that impose very high requirements on sharpness, edge stability and corrosion resistance. With respect to this knife, the 14C28N is treated intensively by RUIKE using dip and underzero treatment, which has an ideal hardness of 58 ~ 60 HRC.
