These knives achieve a perfect fusion between aesthetics, performance and gastronomy.
Featuring an ultra-strong and ultra-sharp blade made of SG-2 steel (63 +/-1 HRC), the knives also have a handle made of composite wood with 2 stainless steel bolsters which are engraved with the name of Michel Bras.
Comes with a wooden sheath and sharpening guide.
