Paracord, or parachute cord, can be used in different ways, especially in emergency situations: it is ideal for outdoor activities, camping, fishing, for building a trap, shelter or stretcher, or as a strong rope in a survival kit.
Paracord can be used as fishing line, or braided to make bracelets or dog collars. It can be used as a splint in the event of a fracture, to replace a shoelace and for many other purposes. Parachute cord is extremely strong. It can be used to secure a tent, for small repairs or in the garden, for example to tie shrubs together. The ends are melted to prevent the rope from fraying. It is made up of 7 central fibers for great resistance. However, be careful, it is not suitable for climbing.
