Sandvik 14C28N is a martensitic chrome stainless steel with a chemical treatment optimized for professional high-quality knives applications that impose very high requirements on sharpness, edge stability and corrosion resistance. With respect to this knife, the 14C28N is treated intensively by RUIKE using a trempage and subzero treatment, which has an ideal hardness of 58 ~ 60 HRC.
