Description
The crocodilian from Condor is thick, hard, a little heavy and a little rough and we really like it at the Knife Center. It is made from a single sheet of carbon steel that is folded over to form the oval handle which is then wrapped with para rope. This is a solid machete. The blade has a rough, convex edge and this machete is really ready to do some work. This is the kind of tool you want to beat the devil out of with very difficult tasks - cutting limbs, grass, rope or whatever, then putting on a wheel or using a file to resharpen. The shape is well weighted toward the end to allow for effective chops. A nice leather sheath is included that is very well made. The leather is thick, smooth and dyed black and has a swivel belt buckle. Overall, this is a great tool and the price is just right!
