Assegai, African lance, with a short sleeve
The lance is one of the oldest and most reliable human weapons. The first specimens were nothing more than sticks or sticks with a hardened tip on fire. As the man learned to cut the stone, to sink the bronze and to forge the metal, the spear was also optimized accordingly.
As a thrust weapon, the spear could perforate any shorter weapon - massacre, axe, sword or even bayonet. As a jet instrument, it allowed its owner to track down the largest predators while remaining out of reach of their claws and claws.
Thanks to the cold drilling technology developed by Cold Steel, highly efficient bleaching and launch lances can be offered at low cost. Each lance is equipped with a high-quality American ashwood handle and a medium-carbon steel SK-5 tip. As with traditional spear irons, they were treated thermally and dipped to the hardness of the spring. This is intended to ensure that the spear iron folds instead of breaking or breaking, even in case of strong impacts.
The Assegai was designed by the legendary Shaka, king of the Zulu, in the early 19th century. Thanks to its long and wide blade and short sleeve, this spear was an optimal thrust weapon and revolutionized the tribal war in Southern Africa.
Cold Steels Assegai has the same mortal properties as the original. It is available with a short tree (for thrust) and a long tree (to launch it). Secure-Ex® sheath is included in delivery.
