Bearing the reference 4929.BT, the name Capuchin comes from the fact that the shape of the boxwood handle (length 125mm) resembles that of the hoods of the Capuchin monks. On this model, the boxwood handle is engraved with a pretty trout pattern that will not leave any fisherman indifferent. Made 100% French in accordance with the cutlery tradition, this Claude Dozorme Capucin 4229.BT knife is also equipped with an X50CrMoV15 steel blade: an excellent sharpness/strength ratio. It is also worth mentioning the presence of a sharp tab directly on the blade. Blade marked with the Claude Dozorme logo on the front and customizable by engraving on the back (text of your choice).
