Description

The Yaku Saku is a Japanese-style pocket knife designed by Jacques Brinon. Its mirror-polished blade is made from hand-forged T508 stainless steel. This is marked by the Japanese characters "Yaku Saku", which means something like "Made by Yaku". The axis of the blade is held by two round nickel silver inserts, perfectly enclosed in the Troyengholz handle (a two-tone ebony wood). As usual with classic Japanese pocket knives, the Yaku Saku has no catch. The blade is held in place by the cutting resistance, as well as the pins which fit precisely into the recesses in the handle when opened. The knife includes a perfectly fitted high quality leather pouch. Thanks to the buckle, the Yaku Saku can also be worn comfortably on the belt. Blade length 75 mm Total length open 183 mm.
