Description
Mandolin in stainless steel and composite polymers.
Smooth, honeycomb stainless steel ramp ensuring excellent food sliding. Its height is adjustable thanks to a new adjustment system which allows you to easily adjust the cutting thickness from 0.5 to 10mm, with a step of 0.5 mm.
For smooth or wavy washers, Julienne cuts of 4 or 10 mm, embossed cut:
Double Julienne comb system of 4 and 10 mm.

Double horizontal, micro-toothed and wavy blade system:
Micro-toothed side for cutting all fruits and vegetables, even the softest and/or skinned ones such as tomatoes, oranges, etc.
Serrated side for embossed cuts.
Total safety: Ergonomic composite trolley and pusher. Retractable non-slip foot. Grip area on the blades.
Maintenance: wash the blades by hand. The chassis is dishwasher safe.
