The solid brass ferrule adds extra strength to the traditional handle which is made from a single piece of birch that completely encases the tang of the knife. This knife is best for cutting, chopping, slicing or whatever you need this knife to do. The knife was tested in the forests and mountains of Norway during the freezing winters, and needless to say, Brusletto Villmarka Liten passed the tests with flying colors.
