Anv M500 Anthropoid , Dague , poignard

The name 'Anthropoid' means primate. That was the name of Operation Anthropoid. A very dangerous operation aimed at assassinating SS Reinhard Heydrich in Prague. This mission was led by two Czech paratroopers: Jan Kubiš and Jozef Gabčík. In collaboration with RAF. This version of the famous English Fairbairn Sykes knife, manufactured by a Czech company, is therefore very appropriate.

The pointed blade features a reflection in the middle. The guard prevents the hand from slipping on the cutting edge. At the end of the handle, you will find a sharp point.

The blade of this ANV M500 is made of Elmax steel. A very good type of steel that retains its sharpness well. It also resists corrosion very well. ANV has chosen a DLC coating for this version. This is matte, limiting reflections on the blade.

The handle is G10. A solid material with good grip, perfect for handles. Grip is improved by the addition of subtle grooves to the surface of the handle.

The ANV Knives M500 Anthropoid comes with a perfectly fitted kydex sheath. It has two MOLLE clips so it can be attached to a MOLLE or PALS compatible bag or jacket. These clips also allow you to simply attach it to your belt.
