The blades of the 3 knives are made of polished stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 58 +/- 1 for an unrivaled lifespan and incredible ease of sharpening,
The handle offers optimal hygiene thanks to its mixture of bamboo powder (natural anti-bacterial) and polypropylene.
Unlike the traditional Japanese wooden handle, the black handle is not inserted but completely encloses the blade which is thus immovable. This prevents dirt from settling there.
Designed for intensive use, you can wash them without any difficulty, taking care not to use abrasive materials to preserve all their qualities as much as possible.
Not dishwasher safe.
