The Nakiri is particularly striking with its rectangular shape and slightly raised edge. This knife is therefore perfect for cutting and chopping vegetables.

The blade composed of 67 layers of Damascus (central layer 7Cr17MoV) has a beautiful grain and excellent edge retention. Like Tokisu's famous outdoor knives, the handle is made of textured black rubber, which also ensures its use in the outdoor kitchen.
