The innovative Seki Magoroku Composite series includes 8 blade shapes sharpened on both sides. The blade is finely crafted with two types of steel that create a captivating contrast between the satin-finished blade back and the mirror-polished edge. The mirror-polished core of the blade is made of VG MAX steel with a hardness of 61±1 HRC and the satin-finished outer part is made of SUS420J2 steel

The manufacturing process of the Composite blade is based on a new aircraft construction technology which guarantees incomparable stability and extreme precision. The two steels are joined by a copper brazing technique that leaves the thin copper line between the two materials visible and thus adds a sophisticated detail

The shape and beautiful cross-grain of the light pakka wood handle give these knives an extremely light dynamic.
