The chef's knife is THE classic among kitchen knives and is part of the basic equipment of every kitchen. It can be used as a universal knife for cleaning, peeling or chopping: The fine tip facilitates the peeling of vegetables, the long blade is particularly suitable for the preparation of fish and meat.
