With this set of 3 knives, you can discover the pleasure of cooking, slicing, and slicing! This selection of knives is part of Opinel's Intempora range, which allows you to be agile in the kitchen thanks to their designs, their performance and the high quality of their materials. This range equips the Alain Ducasse Cooking School and the Gourmets Cooking School of the Paul Bocuse Institute.

The box consists of:

- 1 8cm paring knife (n°225): the knife for cutting, slicing, peeling, slicing fruits and vegetables, onions or shallots. Thanks to its short and pointed blade, it ensures a precise cut.

- 1 16cm carving knife (n°220): with which you can slice all your roasts, legs and poultry, but also your fruits and vegetables.

- 1 20cm chef's knife (n°218): it allows you to slice and dice all your food, whether meat, aromatic herbs, fruit and vegetables.

The blade of each knife is made from Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, an alloy renowned for its ease of maintenance, corrosion resistance and sharpness. Indeed, Sandvik steel has a hardness of 57 HRC, so it maintains a precise edge over the long term and does not need to be sharpened often. The blade is called full tang, that is to say it extends into the handle so that the knife is more robust and better balanced.

Each handle is made of POM reinforced with fiberglass, which gives it excellent resistance to wear, shock, and water. Its curved shape and smooth appearance give it a simple and comfortable grip, allowing you to guide the blade easily for more precise cutting precision. Thus, using the knife is always pleasant, and does not tire you. The navy blue color of the handle matches your kitchen and your utensils.
