The name Mirmillon comes from a gladiator from the Gallo-Roman era. Maserin thus creates a modern-day gladiator knife adapted to the battles of our century. Everything is done to serve the soldier. The 7-inch-long blade is made from Böhler N690 steel. The clippoint-shaped blade is reminiscent of classic American hunting knives. The swedge at the back of the blade allows you to perform even more precise tasks. But its thickness and grinding allow it to withstand heavy work.

The handle is made of Forprene. A rubbery plastic that is very durable whatever the conditions. Extreme temperatures, low or high, but also chemicals. The geometric pattern of the handle seems random but, in combination with the different facets, it provides very good grip. The use of gloves was also taken into account.

The Maserin 960 Mirmillon comes with a luxurious thigh holster from Radar Holsters. It is made of very high quality cordura nylon. This holster has been designed so that it can be placed on the leg discreetly thanks to the elastic strap. The loop is placed around the belt and the elastic strap around the thigh. A rubbery texture has been placed on the inside so that the holster does not slip. Everything comes in plastic packaging.
