Much of the super light knives of the new NightshadeTM series are detailed replicas of the already

the blades Cold Steel popular existing. Some are completely new creations.

The blades are made from Griv-ExTM, the last reinforced fiberglass plastic. Griv-Ex TM is actually

more robust than the Zy-ExTM, the super resistant material used in previous models Cold Steel. Each blade is

also stabilized with UV and heat and thus weather resistant.

These knives are characterized by their unique and deeply carved sleeves. The fishing rods were straight with

Kray-ExTM overrun. The use of Kray-ExTM in the design of knives is an innovation of Cold Steel
