Directions for use: Pass the edge of the knife blade along the entire length of the sharpener, pressing lightly, then repeat on the other side of the sharpener to sharpen the other edge of the blade. Repeat the operation several times, alternating on both sides of the blade.

Important: You must hold the knife slightly tilted at an angle of 20 to 30 degrees.

Maintenance: Clean with water and mild detergents, dry and store in a dry place.
