This model has an AISI 420 stainless steel blade. It is a grade of martensitic chromium alloy with resistance to wear and corrosion. It is possible to slice, cut or even punch without much effort.

The handle is made of pakka wood. It is a composite material based on laminated wood and heated resin. It then goes through a well-defined polishing and sanding process to give a very aesthetic result. This handle fits extremely well in the hand for optimal grip during use. The ergonomic grip area with integrated hand protection and pronounced finger recess ensures a secure hand position. The end of the handle has a hole that can be used to attach a safety line. A leather case completes the equipment.
