The santoku knife weighed 17cm and the ex officio knife 9cm Wusaki Damascus VG10 are as beautiful as efficient. They gather all the advantages of the right kitchen knives: performance, ergonomics, durability and style. They have an original and elegant design with excellent finishes.
High-wearing
Designed with hand polished VG10 Japanese steel to obtain a razor edge, the blade of our knives retains its edge 2 to 3 times longer than a European steel blade. A V-handed trim is made on each of our knives using a leather strip for a perfect cut from the first use!
Characteristics to the top
The Damascus VG10 knives of this box have a steel blade of 60 HRC solidity with a VG10 steel core (carbon to 1%). This high-end Japanese steel is much harder than most Western premium knives. We chose this steel for its excellent properties and its incomparable longevity.
A unique and prestigious design
The Santoku knife blade and Office DAMAS VG10 has 67 layers of Damascus (only on each knife), as well as a hammering on its entire upper part. The noble olive handle is as important as the knife blade: original veinage, stunning design and comfort assured. Finally, the Japanese acronym engraved on the arse of the sleeve brings an additional notion of prestige and a resolutely original style to your knives.
The knives Wusaki are manufactured by a small structure located north of the city of Canton, the capital of the province of Guangdong, in Western China. This province is historically known for its know-how in the production of steel knives. The good relations between France and China allowed us to find a serious partner with a human-sized structure, such as ours. Expertise Wusaki is entirely governed by the French manufacturing standards established for industry professionals. Wash by hand and wipe with a soft cloth. Never humidify the sleeve too much, even to wash it. You can pass a cloth imbibed with olive oil on the handle from time to time to protect the wood.
