The “Les chemins de Compostelle” pocket knife refers to the traditional routes taken by pilgrims to reach the village of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle.

First of all, the shape of the handle of this pocket knife is the Capucin shape. This shape recalls the hood of the monks of the same name.

Then, in reference to the famous Chemins de Compostela, Claude Dozorme engraved some of the paths on the blade of his knives. Thus, we find the Voie de Tours oak handle, the Voie de Vezelay vallernia handle, the Voie du Puy light horn tip handle and the Voie D'Arles olive handle.

Indeed, this pocket knife strengthens the link between Claude Dozorme cutlery and the values of craftsmanship and French tradition.

Additionally, the blades of these pocket knives are made of premium X50CrMoV15 steel. This steel gives Claude Dozorme knives an excellent sharpness and very good edge retention. They are also very easy to resharpen.
