The versatile closing knife
The new version of the slim blades are elegant knives that accompany their users in different activities.
The tapered 10 padauk is equipped with a 10 cm poliglace blade with a more rounded tip, a Virobloc safety ferrule stamped with the new logo locking the blade in the open and closed position, and a resistant padauk handle. Padauk is a unique wood that has a color varying from purple brown to pinkish with purple veins.
A knife that is both useful in the pocket and on the table.
- Stainless steel: Hardness 55-57 HRC. Origin Europe.
- Blade length: 10cm
- Handle: Padouk is a dense, fine-grained African wood. Its color varies from purple brown to pinkish with purple veins.
- Safety ring: Invented in 1955 by Marcel Opinel, the Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all closing knives from No. 06. Cut from stainless steel, the Virobloc is made up of two parts: a fixed part and a sliding part. In addition to locking the blade in the open position (safety of use), it is now possible to lock the blade in the closed position (safety of transport).
- Polyglace finish blade: The blade has a polyglace finish, double polishing allows you to obtain a mirror effect.
